You must be 18 years of age or older to use VellaChat. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use VellaChat to harass, threaten, or harm others. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service.

5. Subscription and Billing

VellaChat offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VellaChat are owned by Dream Türkiye and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

VellaChat is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content. AI companions are not a substitute for professional mental health services.
